Kerala!

I just got back from Kerala! Kerala is known for it's backwaters, houseboats, massages, palm trees and ELEPHANTS!!! Don't worry - in just two short days I managed to sneak it all in!

I got to take a nice 2 hour cruise through the backwaters of Kerala, then on Sunday morning we watched elephants taking a bath! (apparently elephants are cleaned with the inside of a coconut shell) Rode an elephant bare-backed, ate an authentic Kerala breakfast served with the best fresh squeezed (?) pineapple juice ever, and had an Aruyedic (sp?) massage - tons of oils and good for your circulation. I'll post photos soon - don't know when - my computer is out of free space!

I don't know why the photos are coming out so small - but these are the photos from my trip up the Amber Fort. I have photos of the Amber Fort to post too - but these are the all important Elephant Photos - these get priority. I'm pretty sure if you click on the image, it will get bigger. (that's what she said ?!?!)
